As an almost lifetime resident of Wetaskiwin, Alberta, I have worn a few different hats in my working life. The bulk of it was spent as co-owner of the Terracotta Cafe and Bearco Catering with my wife of 29 years. Upon selling this business in 2013, we switched gears into flipping properties in Wetaskiwin and the Pigeon Lake area. This venture morphed into a successful renovation company which I continued to operate until my current move into real estate sales in 2022. I feel my strengths are that I bring an understanding of what it takes to make a success flip or revenue property, as well as a hands on working knowledge of home renovations extending from kitchens and baths to decks and outdoor spaces. After 40 plus years in this community, I have developed a strong network of industry contacts that may prove to be an asset to my Real Estate clients.
I have spent most of my adult life working towards making Wetaskiwn a great place to make a home, raise a family and build a community that cares. Being a volunteer on the Wetaskiwin Heath Foundation since 2021, actively participating community events or feeding people at Terracotta Cafe (and Bearco Catering) for just over 18 years, flipping properties in both Wetaskiwin and Pigeon Lake, or running a successful renovation company, the heart of my careers have been about improving Wetaskiwin. How lucky I am to continue that path now, as a Realtor. After working more than forty years in my community, I am proud to serve my clients, knowing that I have not only experience and heart, but a strong network of industry contacts. I look forward to showing you what Wetaskiwin can offer to you and your family.
